    The guy calls her girl friend from a public call booth to say that he has got a job and now she can say "no" to the marriage proposal that her parents have put before her. But the guy gets no response to the other side of the call and the guy keeps telling how things have improved and good times have come but ends up talking with silence... That is the song all about... a nice heart touching number
